Originally from the Middle East, Kamut
is a very ancient cereal. Ancestor of modern hard wheat, rediscovered by Robert Quinn, an American farmer who
patented the brand to protect its authenticity.
Kamut is an amazing example of the advantages offered by rediscovering pure wheat, excluding hybrid varieties.
It has a protein content up to 40% higher than traditional wheat, is extremely rich in vitamins and amino-acids,
