Kamut is an amazing example of the advantages offered by rediscovering pure wheat, excluding hybrid varieties. It has a protein content up to 40% higher than traditional wheat, is extremely rich in vitamins and amino-acids, easily digested gluten. We use only the best varieties of kamut for our products, transformed by our special processing methods for a simply pure result.
